We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and agree the scope before we see any patient information.

No. Some claims are past the payer's filing or appeal deadline. We'll tell you which ones are still workable and why.
Do we have to switch billing companies or software?
No. We work in your existing EHR or billing system with access you grant.
