Of the fees MedBill collects from each practice you refer, for the first 12 months after they sign.

Once 3 or more of your referred practices have signed, your rate rises to 30%.
Paid monthly, only on fees we have actually collected. We confirm the terms with you in a short written partner agreement.

Does the practice pay more if they come through a partner?
No. The referral fee comes out of MedBill's own fee. The practice pays the same as any other client.
When is the referral fee paid?
Monthly, based on the fees MedBill actually collected from your referred clients in the previous month.
How long is the fee paid for?
For the first 12 months after each referred practice signs with us.
How do you know a client came from me?
Use your personal referral link (medbillsolutionsusa.com/?ref=YOURCODE) or introduce the practice to us by email with you in copy. Either way, we record you as the referrer.
Do you need any patient information from me?
No. Referrals are business introductions only. Please never send patient information. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with each practice before we see any patient data.
